Partners Christos Meraclis, meraclis@cytanet.com.cy Christos has a wide experience in the areas of audit, financial services and international tax planning and has advised a number of clients on structuring of their international business affairs. He holds a bachelor’s degree from South Bank University in the UK and he is a Chartered Certified Accountant. Christos has approximately 15 years working experience in profession and has gained a considerable experience in the financial services sector and business consulting with emphasis on assisting companies to obtain stock exchange listing, preparation of information memorandums and prospectus. He is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and the Cyprus Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Christos served as a member of the Accounting and Auditing Standards Committee of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC) from 2002 until 2005 and is currently a member of the Auditing Standards Committee. Erika Herodotou, eherodotou@cytanet.com.cy Erika is the partner that deals with audit and tax matters. She qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant with Ernst & Young and possesses a wide range of experience in insurance, manufacturing and financial services sector. She has also dealt with international tax planning and has advised a number of groups on the structuring of their international activities. Furthermore, she is responsible for our firm’s VAT services. Erika is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK) and the Cyprus Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
